Food Matters Live 2018, 20-22 November

Food Matters Live is a unique event dedicated to creating cross-sector connections focused on the future of food, drink and sustainable nutrition. Taking place in London on 20–22 November 2018, the event brings together 800 exhibitors, 400 speakers and thousands of visitors from across the global food, drink and nutraceutical industry.
Dr. Sophie Hieke, Head of Consumer Science at EUFIC, will present the findings of the latest studies on Free-From labels from a consumer science perspective, looking at the way these labels are perceived amongst European consumers.
